10.2 Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 You may close your ye55 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering commitments already in progress at the time of the request.
